Also, you are given the privilege to upload your medical records with us and store the same to which only you shall have access to using User ID unique to you. This will help you to have access to all your medical records from anywhere in the world at a click away. We would like to state that we collect information that is necessary and relevant for us to make your experience convenient, smooth and most importantly safe. This also will help us in providing you with customized services, assist you with all your queries and set right the issues faced by you, to follow up with you in order to safeguard you from any kind of fraudulent and unlawful usage.

A “Force Majeure Event” shall mean any event that is beyond the reasonable control of GOOD HEALTH INSURANCE TPA and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, , unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, etc.


Although, we take appropriate steps to maintain the security of Personal Information we collect from you. But you must understand that the open nature of the Internet is such that data may flow over networks without security measures and may be accessed and used by people other than those for whom the data is intended. GOOD HEALTH INSURANCE TPA assumes no responsibility of whatsoever nature as to make good the losses and damages you may incur, due to privacy and/or security breach of your Personal Information. 


 You are not allowed to use the services of the Website and Mobile Application if any of the terms of this Privacy Policy are not in accordance with the applicable laws of your country. 


 We have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any concerns or grievances that You may have regarding the processing of Your Personal Information or any query.
